Whether you have just completed your A Levels, your degree or just had some time out – our pathway that can help you work towards becoming a Technology Consultant

As a Trainee Tech Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark with working in a variety of projects, industries and with different types of customers. You’ll be laser-focused on helping grow the business, through management of monthly service contracts and assisting with project implementation.

The start date for this role will be late April 2025. We will be conducting interviews in February/March 2025.

This role can be home based, with regular travel to London and Manchester.

  • If you are a graduate our minimum requirement would be a completed degree and having gained a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with grades BBC 
  • If you are a school leaver our minimum requirement would be to have completed a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with grades BBC

About the day to day…

Working with the management and consultants to create solutions for customer issues

  • Conduct further learning for Salesforce certifications
  • Learn basic Salesforce Administration skills
  • Learn advanced Salesforce Administration skills
  • Learn basic Marketing Cloud Administration skills
  • Handling tasks either solo or as part of a team on project implementations
  • Daily case reporting and management
  • Provide support to Salesforce users within the organisation
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Train end-users on Salesforce features and functionality
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process and technology improvements
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends
  • Assist in the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • Participate in Salesforce projects and initiatives
  • Provide technical and functional support to users
